The LG Single Zone Extended Pipe system offers improved piping capability and allows for longer pipe length (up to 164 feet) and higher elevation differences (up to 98.4 ft). This single zone system also features low ambient heating operation down to -4°F making these units a viable option as a primary heat source! The LG Energy Star Rated LS243HLV3 features a SEER of 21.5, EER of 13.0 and an HSPF of 12. It uses R-410A refrigerant. While this ductless unit will keep you cool with its 22,000 BTU Cooling Capacity, you can also stay warm with the 26,000 BTU heat pump. This unit will continue to provide 100% heat capacity when the temperature outside is as low as 19°F.
The LG Extended Piping Mini Splits now feature remote access via built-in WiFi and smartphone app with SmartThinQ. The app is compatible with either Android or Apple devices. In addition to enhanced performance ratings, a factory installed drain pan heater has been added to this unit as one of the upgrades from previous generations.
